Mothers & More is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of mothers through support, education and advocacy. We address mothers’ needs as individuals and members of society, and promote the value of all the work mothers do.

Are you a Canonsburg/Peters mom in need of a free evening out with the girls? Would you like to meet other Moms who share your everyday challenges and rewards? Mothers and More can provide you with the opportunity to form playgroups, hear informational speakers, join book clubs or just a chance to relax, talk, and laugh! We are a friendly group of Moms! Come check us out to see what we are all about. We love seeing new faces at our meetings!

The Canonsburg/Peters Township functions as a support group for women who have altered their career paths to care for their children. Our chapter has more than 20 members from through out Washington County. Our meetings are held on the first & third Wednesday of each month. Our first monthly meeting is held at Peters Township Library and our second monthly meeting is held at Canonsburg Presbyterian Church. Your are welcome to attend two meetings as our guest before you decide to join! Child care is not provided, however mothers with young infants are welcome to bring their babies.

As part of membership, our Chapter offers an email group and a monthly newsletter that will keep you up to date on what is going on in the group! Our email group is very active with at least 1 to 10 emails a day. Our Newsletter is sent out monthly. We also send out evites as reminders of coming events!!!! Mothers and More also provides various chat groups through Yahoo Groups and as a member you will get the Forum, a publication sent out by Mothers and More.

Our moms don't like being stuck inside our homes during the winter months, we are busy visiting fun places with our kiddos!!! Come to meeting and learn about where we like to bring the kids to play!
